Arct Technology LLC ("Arct Cloud", "Company", "we", "us", "our") provides cloud hosting and virtual private server (VPS) services (the "Services").   • Controller vs. Processor — For your account and billing data, we act as a Data Controller. For the data you host on our servers, we act strictly as a Data Processor on your behalf.
  • Personal Data / Personal Information — any information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked to an identified or identifiable individual.
  • Platform — the website at arct.cloud, including all subdomains and related web properties.
  • Services — the cloud hosting, VPS provisioning, server management, and related services provided by the Company.
  • User / You — any individual accessing or using the Platform or Services, or any legal entity on whose behalf such individual acts.

2. How We Collect Data

a) Directly From You

We collect information when you:

  • Create an account or register for Services
  • Purchase or configure a server
  • Submit a support ticket or contact us
