Payment Timing

  • First payment is charged at deployment
  • Subsequent payments are billed at the start of each billing period
  • Invoices are generated automatically in Billing > Invoices

Failed Payments

If payment fails, you’ll receive email reminders. Continued non-payment results in network suspension, then account suspension, and eventually server deletion. Keep your payment method up to date in Billing > Payment Methods.
