Create a Ticket

  1. Click Support in the sidebar
  2. Click New Ticket
  3. Fill in the subject, category (Technical / Billing / General), priority, and message
  4. Optionally select a related server
  5. Click Create Ticket

Ticket Statuses

StatusMeaning
OpenSubmitted, waiting for review.
In ProgressBeing worked on.
Awaiting ResponseWaiting for your reply.
ResolvedIssue resolved.
ClosedTicket closed.
Click on any ticket to view the conversation and send follow-up messages. You’ll receive email notifications when support responds.
