Create a Ticket
- Click Support in the sidebar
- Click New Ticket
- Fill in the subject, category (Technical / Billing / General), priority, and message
- Optionally select a related server
- Click Create Ticket
Ticket Statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Open | Submitted, waiting for review. |
| In Progress | Being worked on. |
| Awaiting Response | Waiting for your reply. |
| Resolved | Issue resolved. |
| Closed | Ticket closed. |
